Precision Neurosurgery is dedicated to the provision of super-specialised neurosurgery and spinal surgery of the highest standard. A wide range of cranial and spinal procedures are performed, including ‘key-hole’ or ‘minimally-invasive’ spinal surgery.
Precision Neurosurgery offers cutting edge neurosurgical management to local patients in Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales, as well as interstate and overseas patients. We pride ourselves on combining the latest technology and up-to-date techniques, together with the gentle human touch so often missing in modern medicine.
At Precision Neurosurgery we work closely with colleagues possessing expertise in other areas. These include neurologists, pain specialists, psychologists, and physiotherapists. This team approach allows us to fulfill our goal of providing individualised and state-of-the-art comprehensive care for each patient.
Integrated Healthcare
Another feature which differentiates Precision Neurosurgery from most other neurosurgical solo and group practices is our close association with practitioners from other specialties. This is because the majority of patients referred to a neurosurgeon or spinal surgeon do not actually end up requiring surgery. In that situation, the neurosurgeon and/or spine surgeon acts more like an orchestra conductor, directing your care to the most appropriate specialists, and keeping a watchful eye over you treatment to ensure the best possible result. In order to do this, we have attracted some of the best pain specialists, neurologists, physiotherapists, and psychologists who are available to participate in your care. If you already have such a specialist, then we will liaise very closely with them to optimise your management.

Emergency Referrals
Urgent and semi-urgent referrals are welcome.
We are pleased to give advice about the management of these patients, and will arrange an appropriate hospital bed when inpatient care is required.
